I am unable to determine the issue that you are having though. I published the file and only the two assessment questions have no audio, which is the same as what I'm seeing in the project file. Here is my published link:
Thanks for the help. I ran the link you sent to me and it happened again. This time the title page did not have audio. The learning objectives had sound, but when I went back to the previous page the sound started working.
How's your connection? Is there just a delay in loading perhaps? I'm going to ask a couple of my colleagues to take a look as well to see if I'm just not seeing the issue.
I had three colleagues check on various browsers and no audio issues reported by them either. There is a delay on your first slide though before audio begins, as you can see in your file. Not sure if that is causing the confusion.
