Course Delivery Options for SL

Hello - we are a Moodle user looking for an alternative solution to deliver SL, RISE and MP4 content. We sell our eLearning to a targeted audience and are looking for a solution that lets us define learner paths, deliver SCORM content and report on content usage. We don't have classes or instructors. No need for forums. There are many Moodle features we don't need and a few that it doesn't provide. We are looking at Moodle Workplace but then got us thinking maybe Moodle isn't the right backend for us any longer.  Does anyone have suggestions for alternatives? Our model is closer to compliance training than university courses, so we are wondering if there are alternatives to an LMS. Thanks
