Course does not launch from Docebo LMS using IE 11, Error: ‘juic’ is undefined

Oct 10, 2017

Hi,

Client reports that the course does not launch in Docebo LMS using IE 11. When they launch the course from Success Factors LMS in IE 11, it freezes and throws them this message “Error: ‘juic’ is undefined”.

They also say the course performs fine in both LMSs when launched from Chrome. However, they are planning to deploy in IE11.

Our team has tested in SCORM Cloud and Asentia LMS in all 3 major browsers Chrome, Fire Fox, and IE11. We have not been able to recreate any of the reported issues.

I need help figuring out what to advise from here, is this a known conflict of some sort and does anyone have a workaround?

Thanks!

About the course:

  • SCORM 1.2
  • Passed/Failed
  • HTML5 only
  • Set to “prompt to resume”
  • Is not unusually large
  • Is to be deployed in Docebo LMS
  • Client is using IE11 on Windows 10

Error: ‘juic’ is undefined
