We made courses in Articulate Storyline 360, tested in Google Chrome - everything is OK, but in Internet Explorer 11 after press "begin" bottom opened only blank page. Can somebody help with such problem?
Did you publish to include Flash and HTML5? We've seen a few examples where an LMS is forcing the content to display in Compatibility mode while in IE11 which can cause issues with the course launching, this is especially true if you've published with Flash first. Here's how to check:
In Internet Explorer, click the gear icon (or the Tools menu if it’s visible) and choose Compatibility View settings.
Select the URL for your hosting website or LMS, then click Remove.
If you're using an intranet, such as SharePoint, to host your course, uncheck Display intranet sites in Compatibility View.
All, I have a similar question: My courses only launch in Classic Player in Flash/HTML5. Is this due to our company setting or the LMS side (Cornerstone)? We also use IE11.
I have opened a ticket with Cornerstone but am also wondering if I need to connect with our IT department??
I would recommend testing the output in another LMS environment like SCORM Cloud. If it works correctly in SCORM Cloud, we know the issue is related to your LMS (Cornerstone) and not Storyline.
If you'd like some help with that testing, send us your original .story file here. Thanks!

Hi Maria! I'm happy to try to help.
Let me know, and we'll figure out some next steps.
Hi, sorry for silence, I was ill.
1. We use LMS, written on Laravel.
2. We exported as TinCan. We added in header code <meta http-equiv="x-ua-compatible" content="IE=edge" /> . But it still doesn't work.

I thought so too, that's why the latest version I published as HTML5 only. And it still doesn't work.
Hi Maria!
Would you mind sharing your file with us? I'm really curious to test it our in Internet Explorer on my end.
You can either attach it to a new thread comment, or send it privately here.
It's working!
I have no idea what happened. I guess our developer "forgot" to add meta-tag to release and now added.
Thank you very much for help!
Thanks for that update Maria and I'm happy to hear you got it working.
