Course doesn't work in the external access (VPN)

Hello community! We need your help! We made storyline courses scorm 2004 3ed and when the users access across VPN (Cisco Anyconnect) to the SABA LMS platform (installed in an IIS Server), evaluations and some graphic elements disappear from course and don’t progress. The Storyline content shows the first screen but doesn't shows all elements (images and questions for exemple)
We create a basic course in Storyline last version (3.57) with slide templates from articulate library and test in the client infrastructure, we obtain the errors attached.
Old courses maded with others versions (v40) previous published (made several months ago) work in the internal network and across VPN until this new release of Google Chrome, Version 96.0.4664.45. Now, it doesn't work.
I attached story and publish files too.
Any ideia are welcome!

The issue is more complex, this client of ours uses Cisco Anyconnect which dynamically creates a token in the URL that makes access to the platform and in the elearning course (integrated in SCORM). The access isn't made by a regular VPN, the technical name is reverse proxy.
It seems to us that the content in Storyline loses the references of some files, but we don't understand why.
