Course Enabled Images Required

Hello All

I have contacted Articulate about this but as they see it as custom dev they are unable to assist me and suggested I reach out to the community.

We have developed lessons in Articulate Storyline 2 and published them on our LMS. Our LMS has a global site and 5 regional sub/microsites. The LMS is hosted in Canada.

The Africa and Asia sites have poorer performance due to latency created by the distance from the server. Our service provider does have CDN facilities in place to help improve performance, however, when we switch them on, hotspot functionality no longer works. Our provider suggested we look at settings for course enabled images. We require, I think, element level attributes to be added so we can update and republish files in order for the hotspots to work.

Is anyone able to assist us with this?
