Course in Korean (QUIZ translation)

Hi!

I have a problem with korean language. I imported a translation into a course that was in English. I published it and received a feedback from a trainer to change couple of words. I did and mess start to happen... 

Inside Storyline file all looks correct but  when I publish it into SCORM or into review page the corrections are not included and I still can see the old words. 

The amends are in Quiz (Correct, incorrect feedback) My trainer mentioned that I would probably need to encode it into korean, using UTF-8 . 

Does anyone know how I can do it? Has any experience with Korean?
