Course Incomplete in Success Factors LMS

Hi There,

I am truly seeking help/advice and this is my first time posting in here. I have an urgent issue which I cannot find the solution to and maybe this way, someone can help shed light to this issue.

There's a client who is unable to see the course (AICC published format) marked as Complete in their Success Factor LMS. Besides providing this client advice that all parameters should be ticked accordingly, which the client did, the problem is still not resolved. We tested our content which is in AICC format in the SCORM cloud and we successfully see that the course can be marked as complete. This is the same for the client too but when it is in the LMS, the course still does not register as Complete. I don't know what to do here. Any advice?

Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing with your published course and for sharing the results of your testing in SCORM Cloud as well.

It sounds like you've narrowed it down to only happening in the specific LMS environment. I'd recommend reaching out to them directly to understand the difference. In the meantime, I know that we have many Success Factors users, so hopefully, someone will be able to chime in and help.
