Course is publishing in Flash and HTML5, when only HTML is selected

Hi,
We've built a Storyline 360 course that we want to publish in only HTML. But no matter what we do, it publishes in both Flash and HTML5, even though the publishing setting is locked to HTML5. Actually, it is throwing up a this dialog box when we click the Format link:
How can we get around this?
Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you so much for sharing these details with us! We've logged this as a bug and have a team currently working toward a fix. I don't have an estimate to share, but I'll return to this discussion when the fix ships!

Today, we released Storyline 360 Update 48! Here are the features and fixes released in this update. You might notice the bug you reported has been fixed!
Fixed: When publishing a course with the classic player style and HTML5-only features, such as jump-to-time triggers or multiple completion criteria, the output erroneously included Flash files.
Now all you need to do is update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app! Thank you for taking the time to report this bug to us.
