Since last month we are facing issues with uploaded WBT package on LMS Sum Total. It gets successfully uploaded but when we try to play the course it just keeps loading and this package has gone through several testing, we even tested it on SCORM cloud and it works fine. Any Suggestions or solution please

You mention that you are unable to replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, so I'd be sure to follow up with your LMS team as well to understand what the difference may be.
