Course loading issues

Last 6 years we were using Articulate products for eLearning course development and we have developed many courses and running from LMS. Recently all courses started facing issues with loading. Even the new courses published from story line not loading properly. I was searching solution in this community and shocked, people complaining last 4 years on this issue and till no Articulate couldn’t provide a solid solution for this. Or may be I couldn’t reach to the right discussion thread. Please let me know how to solve this loading issue. I am using Articulate Story line 2

Did you publish these courses with Flash output only? What web browser are you using?
Hi Ceekay. I'm sorry you're experiencing some issues across the board with your courses!
My first thought would be to make sure you're on the latest version of Storyline 2. We frequently release new versions to tackle any bugs or to keep up with browser changes.

I am using IE 11. LMS published course.
using Soryline 1 with latest update. courses are not playing in internet explorer 11. only white screen displays.
