I have a course that is marking complete too soon. I have checked the settings for reporting and it is set to complete when 68/68 slides are viewed. However, there is a series of quiz questions and an additional scene after the slide that is triggering the completion status. What should I check next?
What slide is triggering the completion? If you're set to track by the user viewing all the slides, that should be what is passing their completion status and it sounds like they haven't reached all the slides yet?
You could look at following the troubleshooting steps here specific to LMS testing and see if the course behaves any differently at SCORM Cloud as well. You could also look at enabling LMS debug mode to see the data that is being passed to your LMS from the course, and that may help narrow down if the course is marking something earlier than it should be.
