Hi. I'm having trouble with my Storyline 360 course closing upon exiting. (I've attached the last few slides for reference. There are 17 slides in total in the full course. It's very linear, so none should impact the slide count.
I have an Exit button with the "Exit Course" trigger. When I publish the course, and load on to the LMS, the course does not close. Instead it goes back to the "Resume" screen. This means that the course is not marked complete.
I have changed the Player setting to open the course in a new window and that hasn't worked.
The Tracking settings are 'complete all pages' and 'completes quiz'. I have tried removing the 'completes quiz' tracking and it doesn't make any difference. The course still doesn't close.
Would appreciate your assistance in resolving this.
Using viewed 100% of the slides will not work in your module because the user only sees the quiz question that pertains to their role.
If you: • Changing the quiz settings on the results slide so that it only scores viewed questions, and • Change the tracking options so that it tracks when the learner completes the quiz

This should fix your completion issue.
