Course not loading on iPad

Hi, I have a user who is trying to load a course on an iPad 2 using Safari. She says she is getting the message 'loading title, one moment please' but nothing happens. The course is published to HTML5 using Storyline 2. Does anyone know what might be causing this issue and how to resolve?

Hi there Adrienne!

Is your published content uploaded to an LMS? If so, it looks like this error is associated with the LMS and not Storyline. To be sure, I'd recommend testing your content in SCORM Cloud. This will help determine if the issue lies within your LMS or the actual project file. If you see the same message in SCORM Cloud, be sure to send the .story file to us to take a peek.
