I'm having the same issue that is detailed here in this thread, only I'm using Storyline 3. This really stinks. The only way I can view the course after publishing is to choose Flash then HTML5 option, not the HTML/Flash option. Is there any workaround?

How are you publishing and sharing your course? (LMS, Web, etc)
Are you using the latest update to Storyline 3, which is Build 3.6.18134.0?
What browser are you viewing the content in when it's not loading?
We did have some users report an issue with blank content in IE11 and if that's what you're seeing as well, this documentation may help.
