I have built an internal compliance course using Storyline and have it set to Passed/Incomplete based on 100% on quiz. Learners are receiving 100% on quiz but course is not marking as complete according to the LMS. Any suggestions on how to fix?
I wanted to point you to this blog about troubleshooting common LMS problems, and towards the bottom is a section on Passed/Incomplete status that may help you. You also may want to test the course in SCORM Cloud to see if you're able to replicate the issue, and if not, you'll have an example to show your LMS about the reporting not working in their system. If you're able to replicate the issue, please feel free to share the .story file with us here or send it to our Support team so that we can look at the settings.
