Course not showing as complete

The course I have recently completed will not register in our LMS as complete - and I cannot for the life of me see why.
I have tested it with scormcloud and that shows it as incomplete as well, so the problem is with the SL file not the LMS.
Can someone suggest what the common reasons for this happening are? I have made 25 separate changes to the file to try and make it work to no effect. Any ideas what the elusive solution could be?

Hi Katherine,
are you completing using a result slide or 'number of slides' visited? Have you checked the options in the publish > reporting and tracking that are correct for your LMS.

thank you for your response. I have a results slide and the settings are set to passed/incomplete. The course is set up in such a way that learners have to keep on repeating the quiz until they pass so we don't want to track it by slides viewed - this would mean they could view all the slides but still fail the quiz.

Hi Katherine! So, your users are passing the quiz, you are tracking by passed/incomplete, you are still getting an incomplete, and you can replicate this issue in SCORM Cloud?
