Course not working on some computers

Hi,

I recently published a course online, and it seems to work on some computers but not others. It seems to be related only to the text in the course. Could this be fixed by updating adobe?

Hi, Claire -- Sorry to see that you are experiencing this odd behavior, but there are a few things we can try first to rule out the causes of some common issues. Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. Also, could you please ensure that you are utilizing the most recent SL2 Update? Info on Update 5 can be found here. Please let me know if issues persist, and we'll dig a little deeper.

Hi, Claire -- Apologies for the delay in response, but SL1 should not be causing this type of issue. Here are the same troubleshooting steps above, but specifically for SL1, so if you could run through those, I would appreciate it.

Please make sure you are working locally as described here, and you may want to try importing the file into a new file. If you are still having issues, you might want to try to repair Storyline. In addition, it is always a good idea to test your published output in the intended environment, as well. If issues persist, you are welcome to share your .story file here so we can take a look, or you can use this link to submit your file privately
