Course Organization

I'm loving Storyline - but I have a question about the overall organization of the course. My current assignment has 13 Chapters and within each chapter there are 4-6 "sessions" and one big quiz for the chapter. Which is best:
a) Create one big file with all of the chapters, all of the sessions, and all of the quizzes
b) Create 13 different chapters with all of the sessions and chapter quiz linked together
c) Create individual files for the whole course and organize the course by links
I'm leaning towards choice B, but wanted some input from other designers. Thank you!

Hi Joe,
Option C would be a criminal mistake
In my opinion just create 13 scenes in the story and last slide of every scene should link to first slide of next scene....
