Hi everyone, really need some advice here. We have a course designed on AS2 which runs happily on our LMS but when it was uploaded to a clients LMS although delegates were completing the course and getting the required pass mark for the assessment the LMS was not recognising the pass/fail. The LMS is SCORM 1.2 compliant and the client is adamant that the issue lies within the course coding. Is this the case and if so what do I need to look into?
One way to make sure that a piece of SCORM content is working as expected, is to test it on SCORM Cloud. If it functions there and not on another LMS, it is the other LMS, that needs to be looked into.
If you know which LMS you client is using, you can specifically ask about experiences with that LMS in this community. There are enough people people here that you might get help from someone who has already worked with that LMS.
Of course it would be also prudent to check if the students, that are completing the course are using maybe another browser than you did while testing and to test that one also.
