I am researching for the past few days how to have a tracking option. I actually hosting SCORM 1.2 packages on an LMS, built from Articulate Storyline and am unable to configure a progress tracking neither on Storyline nor on the LMS to keep progress tracking about my users and if they watched a course and whether they watched fully or not. Anyone could please help me out with this, thanks.
Unfortunately, the SCORM 1.2 spec is somewhat limited and cannot track continuous learner progress out of the box. You can track full completion nicely though, as long as your LMS plays nice that is.
You can achieve that by publishing for LMS and by adjusting the relevant SCORM reporting option in the SCORM Settings dialog (in your case, setting it to Incomplete/Complete should do the trick).
