Course Reporting to the LMS for both Completion and Score

I am having problem with my result slide reporting both the completion and the score at the same time. My completion trigger seems to work fine triggering to completion. What my result slide doesn't do is report the score at the same time.

What am I doing wrong? I have been trying to solve this problem for a week now without any help from Storyline. It seems like there idea of help is waiting for someone to answer your email or search there many discussions for the answer which leaves with answers that have been in there system for years.

I have never seen a company with such bad customer service and tech support skills. 

Any help would be appreciated even thou I don't expect and answer back.

I’m sorry to hear we’ve let you down in providing support for your course! I reviewed your case with my teammate, Lianne, and her last response explains that using completion triggers will not work for attempting to report both the score and the completion. This article she shared covers the details.
