im new in storyline. Iv created a regular course based on 29 slides ( in several scenes).
MY PROBLEM IS - whe i finish the course , i see completion status = completed, succsess_status = passed, but the cmi.exit = suspent. THAT MAKES THE COURSE REMAIN IN PROGRESS AND NOT FINISHED.
i set the course in reporting to LMS "complet /incomplete" and track when user passed 29 slides.
im using an LMS called SLK ( based on share point), SCORM 2004, 3'd adition.
Do you get the same issue when you test your course in SCORM Cloud? That will help us determine if the issue is Articulate-related or if it's on your LMS's side. If it appears in SCORM Cloud as well, we'd be happy to take a closer look at what might be going on. If you can't replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, it's probably an issue that you'd want to take to your LMS team.
