Do you notice any trends when the incorrect report occurs – perhaps it happens on a particular browser? 

This handy article on tracking Articulate content in Adobe Connect might help clear up any issues. Additionally, testing the course on another LMS like SCORM Cloud–an industry-standard tool for testing SCORM output–to see if you experience the same behavior is the next best step. If the incorrect report also appears there, we might recommend to share those results with the Adobe Connect team.
