Course Summary - Technical Specs

Forgive me if this has been asked before but is there a way, that after the course is complete that a summary about the course can be generated? Such as, over all length, number of scenes, number of slides, number of interactive slides, number of slides with audio, slides with hidden objects, slides with broken links or triggers etc.
Useful for knowing if the course fits within the established time limits or needs to be adjusted. Also for finding slides missing audio, broken links, and phantom objects.
Any information or suggestions would be very apprecited.

Hi Cheryl and welcome to Heroes! There currently isn't a way to automatically do that. You could publish your project for Word which would give you a general overview of the presentation you are creating. I would suggest submitting a feature request for this.
Cherie,
Did you find a solution or create a feature request for this?
Thanks,
Wes
Hi Wes,
I'm not sure if Cherie is still subscribed to the forums or active here in ELH, but you could look at messaging her directly using the "contact me" button on her profile to reach out.
As Justin mentioned previously, this is not a feature within Storyline so if you do end up creating something custom please feel free to post back in this discussion for any other users who may come across it!
Hi Ashley,
is there a feature to count at least the timeline of each slide to get an idea of how long my full eLearning projects are? This can't be very difficult from a technical point of view, and is a huge value add.
Maybe in Storyline3 or 360?
Thanks
Hi johas
here is a quick video how to see an 'estimated duration' in the publish window that might help
Thank you very much for your quick answer.
Looks like it is not counting the time on the layers. Maybe that could be considered in future updates.
But it's a good start
Jonas
I see real opportunity here for a 3rd party programmer-type.
Thanks Jonas, certainly a good idea for a future feature request! But glad Wendy was able to assist you at least with the duration that is tracked on the individual slides.
