To change the color of the course title on the player follow these steps.
> Open the Player settings page and click on the "Colors and Effects" link at the top of the dialog box and then click on the link "Show advanced color editing:
> On this page open the drop down list for "Edit Item" and choose "Base > Link Text" :
> Now you can click into the "Color" dropdown and choose any custom color:

I just wanted to add that the color may not show up immediately in the Color Scheme window, but you will see the change if you Preview the slide
