I am currently tracking my course completion when the user has viewed only the final slide of the course. This slide includes a trigger with Open URL/File that opens a PDF resource uploaded in the Resource section. My questions is, will this trigger condition the user to download the resource in order for the course to be marked as completed?
Great question! This trigger doesn't have the capabilities to mark the course complete when the user downloads the PDF from the Resources tab. If that is what you're looking for, then you might consider using javascript to build a trigger like this. I'll leave it to our javascript experts in the community to share their tips and tricks!
