Course with videos stops working during playback

Hi there, I need some help. I am working on a course that contains many long videos, so I broke them up into smaller chunks.  The problem I am having is that when I am reviewing it in articulate review, or in scormcloud, once the video gets about 12 - 15 minutes or so into playback, it stops dead. I used handbrake to do the web optimization based on suggestions in the forum, and the videos were compressed by my colleague.  Any ideas as to why this is happening and what I may have missed in publish?  The course is attached.

Hi Ruth Ann!

I appreciate that you've shared your file with us! I opened your course in Storyline 360 (Build 3.50.24668.0) and published it to Review 360. I listened to the video for 20 minutes, and it never paused. I was using Chrome as the browser.

I'm not able to recreate this issue you see in your course. Are you using Storyline 360 (Build 3.50.24668.0) and Chrome?

I'd recommend testing the course in multiple browsers to see if the behavior occurs in a specific browser.
