Course Won't Load in any Browser

Hi All,

So, I published a Storyline module, uploaded the files to my website cpanel and all I get is a black background with the three white dots animation. Nothing loads. I've tried this over again and it I just keep getting the same result.

I created a sub-domain just for this content, so there is no other content interfering with it. If I just try to access the subdomain,

https://articulatestoryline.gamboodle.com

I get an error message (screenshot attached)

https://articulatestoryline.gamboodle.com/story.html

Otherwise, I just get a loading screen that never advances (screenshot attached).

Please help.

When you publish your module, are you using the "Web" options in the publish dialoge?

Yup, I chose "Web".

Hi Gigi,

When is does that, there is something preventing the content from running in the player. Try publishing it to the review site to see if it will run there.

Hi I have a similar problem. keep getting the spinning wheel in all browsers.

Hi All,

So, what I finally ended up doing was installing Moodle on my server and uploading the LMS version of the module. It worked, but talk about taking the scenic route. Now, I just have to figure out how to make this module public on Moodle - as it would be on my website.

Getting there...
