I have a very large course that is published as an xAPI and my LMS is Docebo. At one point the progress was tracked, but now it doesn't track. It's not perfect when it works either. It either says 0% or 100% and it works for some learners and not others. They all say they completed and went through the entire course (clicking every slide). However, I can't seem so find out why it won't track. I tested it in SCORM cloud and it didn't track there so I think it's my SL 360 file. Can someone take a look and help me? I want the course to complete when they have completed the "PCT Logout" specifically.
Thanks for reaching out and sharing your zip file! It sounds like you have two end goals: Be able to get a complete status after "PCT Logout," and be able to track your course.
I was able to test your file in SCORM Cloud and receive a complete status after going the "PCT Logout" section, so it seems to be working correctly.
Do you know what browsers your learners are using that get the 0%?
How are you tracking your course? Are you using a "Complete course" trigger to send the status to the LMS?
I'm curious as to how you were able to track progress before. With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. Hey Heather,
I did test your file on WordPress and tracked your Storyline File result in GrassBlade LRS. It looks working fine.
You can see the attached screenshot. In that, you can see the passed verb, with the result as completed.
Your file is working fine; it seems the problem is on your LMS side. Ask LMS support. I hope you found this information useful.

0% or 100% is what you would expect as it is either completed or not.
