Course works in Preview but not in Publish format

Hi there,

 

I am experiencing the same problem. My course works fully in preview however when I publish and view the html5 if is all scrambled. Can I email my file to support to help me trouble shoot, it's quite urgent. Thank you,

  • What version of Storyline are you using?
  • Did you publish for Web, LMS, or something else?
  • Where is the published file hosted?
  • What browser did you use for testing?
