Courses Acting Up

We've started encountering problems with the quizzes in our online courses. The questions may not display or the question will but not the answers; or the question and answers will display but it won't submit. These are courses that were created about 4 years ago in Articulate. However, it's just been in the last 3 months or so that we've seen a significant increase in the number of problems reported. The LMS provider says it's a setting in the course file.

When we ask the user to try a different browser, that typically takes care of the problem. We have not yet been able to track it to a specific browser or OS version (many of our students don't know what browser version they're on).

Any ideas? Has anyone else encountered similar problems?

Hi Cynthia! Strange that these problems suddenly started popping up 3 months ago. What version of Storyline did you use to create the courses? Have you had any luck recreating the issues from your own computer?

The more information we can gather from the learners, the better. The most helpful information would be screenshots of the problem and what browser (with version) they were using at the time. 

From there, we can try and recreate the problem with your file hosted in SCORM Cloud, which is industry standard for LMS testing. Keep me posted, and we'll work through this together!
