I'm having an issue with my courses. I built a course in Rise and just recently sent it out for review. I received numerous feedback about the courses locking up before completion. I integrated several Storyline slides throughout the course and this is the commonality of when the courses lock up. It seems that when the learner comes to a Storyline slide (it is not necessarily the same one everytime), it continuously tries to load, without success. Is there a way to prevent this? Any feedback is appreciated.

Here are the system requirements for Rise. I can see where these issues would arise if your learners are using an unsupported browser.
