Courses in HTML5 - Issues

Hi, I have the following issues when viewing a course on an iPad mini after publishing it with HTML5:

- The articulate mobile player does not ´read´ the course and I can only open it via Safari or Chrome

- Some of the text comes out of the caption in which it is contained

- The Text Entry which is written in Spanish in Storyline is translated to English

I have searched the forum for possible answers, but could not find any. Any help will be very much appreciated, thanks!.

Hi Luca,

First, welcome to the community!

Second, have you had a chance to download and install Update 5? It includes bug fixes, performance improvements, and HTML5 output enhancements. Click here for details.

After you've installed the update, please try publishing and testing your project. Do you still run into any or all of the same issues?

Are you able to share the .STORY file here? If so, I'd be happy to take a look.
