Courses not marking complete

Hello!

We currently use SAP/Success Factors as our LMS, and Storyline to create our courses.  We have had an ongoing issue that we have been working on with their support team where courses are not being marked complete by the LMS.  This issue is sporadic, and their support team is telling us that it is an issue with the content - Storyline does not properly publish courses to AICC (SCORM does not work on this LMS) and that is why you are having this issue, etc, etc...

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with SuccessFactors - and were you able to resolve it?

(We have courses that we purchased from 3rd party vendors that we are experiencing the same issue with - their courses were created with proprietary software and we are having the same issues with them)
