Courses not playing on iPad

I am trying to play courses on an iPad (they were published w/ HTML5,) however, every time we launch a course we run into three specific problems:

1.  The course will freeze at any part where interactivity is built in

2.  The course will run except the video (an .mp4 file) will not show - all added text boxes, arrows and shapes appear on screen with the video background, but the actual video and audio are absent

3.  The course will start and after 1-2 slides will close the window and end the course.

I am trying to research to confirm that this is a hardware, not software, opportunity so any feedback will help.
