Courses Not Publishing Completely

I'm having problems publishing some courses for LMS. I created 4 smaller courses which were from one original large course. When I published the first course, no problem--I get the "Course published successfully" pop-up and then the options to save and am able to choose Zip. When I try to publish the other courses, it seems like it's almost done publishing, and then I'm kicked out of Storyline. Those courses do show up in My Articulate Projects folder, but they are in regular folders. How can I find out what is preventing these courses from publishing successfully and having the option to save the output as a Zip?
