Courses that work on both Windows and Apple

I hope everyone is safe and well.
I am very fortunate that I work in the care and education sector in the UK, so things are as busy as ever as we convert our schools to online classrooms and educate colleagues on how to use Teams and Zoom!
However - and apologies if this is an old discussion topic - I have found that although the majority of my colleagues use Windows so see my courses as they are designed, I have 2 (just 2!) who use Apple devices, and some of the animations and interactions do not work in the same way.
Has anyone else found this?
How do I get around it?

How are people viewing your courses? If your courses are hosted online through a website or an LMS, the issue could be with the iOS web browser (Safari). If that's the case, having them use a different browser would fix the issue.
