When I click on save, Articulate Storyline crashes. It takes about four seconds.
Does anybody have any ideas simple enough for a non-techie to understand? The Articulate Storyline 'help' contact provided me with a link which includes the terrifying line 'you may need to ask your IT staff for help'.
Hi Matthew- I located your case (00891807) and it looks like the issue resolved itself after your Windows updated overnight. Glad you're all set now! Don't hesitate to reach back out if you see it happening again. :)
Yes, it was resolved, thank goodness. I was advised that one thing to do to reduce the chance of crashes was to clear temporary files, and to tidy up other software on my laptop, as Paintshop Pro 9 might have contributed to the incident. Thank you for your kind reply.
