Crashed PC and then can't log in having updated Articulate 360

I've just updated Articulate 360. It seemed to complete successfully.  I then tried opening Storyline 360, and my machine crashed. I rebooted, but can't log in. I don't get an error message - the log on screen just doesn't react to the button being clicked.

Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your tools, Martin!

We had an issue with our authentication system earlier which may explain the behavior you saw when trying to log into the Articulate 360 app. You can keep tabs on Articulate 360 systems on our status page here:
