Storyline has started to crash when I am playing the timeline. I have been unable to send a report in as it happens because the program hangs and won't let me type in the "what happened" box. As I recall there was a way to send the specs on my computer for tech support but I can't find that link.

Hi Jay,
I think you're referring to the documentation here in regards to if Storyline is crashing to get the error reports. Also, you may want to try to first conduct the repair detailed here and confirm that you are working with all local project files as described here.
