Recently I have had the same problem every time I'm working on the storyline.
When I try to close the file I work on (to open a new project or just to close the program) it crashed. Nothing happens and the program is not responding.
I already tried to uninstall and download it again- didn't solve the problem.
Any ideas? Please help me... Impossible to work that way!
