Create Graphs from Quiz Results - Can you help!?!

Hello All! Can you help?!
Is it possible to graph the results of a quiz as a way to give the course participant ongoing feedback on their performance?
In particular, is it possible to collect quiz scores over multiple quiz attempts and graph them as they have done in this system (see the fourth page)

Even if anyone could offer any explanation as to how the developers of the above linked system may have achieved their result, that would be extremely helpful.

Hi Darragh! This sounds like something that would be dependent on your LMS or perhaps exporting the data out to Excel.
Hopefully someone in the community will be able to chime in and assist you with this.

Thanks for getting back to me. The hope would be that the graph would update live so that students could get immediate formative feedback on their learning.
We are currently using Moodle but would be willing to change LMS to incorporate this function.
