Under my Team license, I'd like to download a Template from this website and then transform it into a master slide and edit fonts, colors, etc to match our branding. I'd then like to share that file with my team so we can all be working with the same defined layouts. How best to accomplish this? Thanks for any advice!

Happy to help! Since you have a Teams license, you can use Team Slides for this! You can find all the details and even a video here.
After editing the slides, make sure to save them to your Team Slides so everyone can use them!
