Create new headings linking to cue points on a single slide

Hello Heroes,

I have a set of courses, each with a single video (one-slide courses). I would like the learner to be able to navigate through the video using both the seekbar (blind seeking) and the navigation menu from the player. 

Is there anyway to create headings in the player menu that will link, not to a single slide, but to a specific moment on the timeline of that slide?
