The answer has not changed. If you have the zipped published output, the .story file is not included with this.
The project/source file will be a .story file with the same name. Have you reached out to the person who created the project or asked IT if there is a backup for that user if they are not available?
Thank you for your feedback. Is it the same for Presenter? We do not have access to the original author and we think some of the files may be in Presenter. We are waiting on the LMS to get back to us on whether or not we can pull the zip file from the content online.

Hi Tamicka!
If by zip file you mean the zipped published output, then no, you will not be able to revert back to a .story file from this.
Hello, has this answer changed? I am having this same issue now. We have some historical zip files but no source file.

Yes, it's the same for all zipped published output, LaWanda.
