Do you have an in-house system for tracking, prioritizing, and assigning bug fixes? Is there an avenue by which an end-use can request a particular bug be entered into your system?
The Articulate team will follow-up with you via e-mail to find a fix to the problem, and actual software bugs (as opposed to, say, you have a corrupted file) go to the Quality Assurance team, where they are hopefully addressed in an update.
