Hi Everyone: Three years ago, I followed a job aid to modify the Word document generated from publishing the course into a feedback form for reviewers. The form had thumbnails of slides on the left, then a column for the onscreen text or voice-overs and a column for reviewer feedback. Now I cannot find it, and wondered if anyone out there still has it. I am trying to avoid the tedious process of copying and pasting everything. My client does not have access to the online review tool. Thanks!
I'm not familiar with what you are referring to, but there is a similar conversation here where users discuss the various review/feedback tools that they are utilizing. Perhaps that will get you started and hopefully someone in the community will be able to chime in and assist.
I remembered after I hit the enter button that I took the Word doc that
Storyline spits out and exported it as an Excel chart and added columns as
needed. I had to delete some rows as it was not a perfect conversion, but
at least it was better than copying and pasting 100 screens. Thanks, and I
hope someone finds this useful! Regards, Pamela
