Creating a large courses in HTML5

Welcome everyone,

I have a question about your experiences,

I will have to be done large courses (what does it mean - somewhere 100 sliders~ with video, lectorm, animations, quizzes and different layers)

These courses will be mainly used in HTML5 in the browser,

In such a case, the course will run stable? (no jams, will not be forever to load)

Does anyone have experience with this topic and I can advise me that it will work or not.

Or what you use and what you should avoid in HTML5.
