I have created a survey which I used at the very end of my e-learning tutorial (after the post test and the results slide) for evaluation purposes (basically to get feedback on the tutorial itself). Those questions were in Likert scale and text enties.
My question is: How do I get the users' answers on the survey after they have completed the course on an LMS?
When you exit the course it first takes you to a survey page. The survey does not store in my lms but I do get email updates from my goolgle account when another response comes in.

I have used google docs forms and embedded them in my storyline projects with good results. There is an example in this test course I am working on.
